Bird Bus

Get to know the birds and natural history of the Houston area better on this Sunday morning bus trip. Scott Puchalski, your birding guide, will show you the birds of the area, including Bald Eagles. With a lot of luck you might also get to see a Great Horned Owl nest or a roosting Eastern Screech-Owl. Lifelong Houston resident Brian Lee will highlight the natural history of the area in between birds. The trip concludes with a mouth-watering authentic German meal at Through the Grapevine German Restaurant in Houston. Bus leaves from the Houston Nature Center

8:30 AM - 12:30 PM Sunday, March 8, 2015. Bus leaves from the International Owl Center.

Cost is $30/person and includes the meal. If registering March 2 or later the cost is $40/person. Limit 40 people.
